Sit less, move more (if you can)

We live in a world where we are constantly asked to sit. What does that mean for our bodies?
Everything from our blood, to our nerves, to our skin depend on us to move, and they are there to help us do just that. Sitting, and especially hunching, can even impact our breathing by “giving your lungs less space to expand.”
In short, circulation is life, and sitting poses systemic and life-long challenges for circulation. Our bodies are designed to move.
