Hatty Skinner, MPT, BSc
Physiotherapist
Hatty completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba, where she took a keen interest in ACL-Reconstruction rehab. Prior to this, she studied Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Hatty graduated with honours and wrote her honours thesis on the benefits of outdoor exercise.
Hatty strives to provide the most effective, evidence-based treatments currently available, and coaches her patients to be active participants in their recovery. She believes the best way to help her patients is through tailoring treatment around their goals, and does so with manual therapy, exercise, and pain education.
Hatty is passionate about lifelong learning and education. Since graduating she has taken courses in Foundations of Pain Science, and Running Gait Analysis, and completed her Level 1 exam in Orthopaedic Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Hatty is also certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (IMS).
Hatty grew up in the small town of Kincardine, Ontario, but has called Victoria home since graduating. When she isn’t at the clinic, she’s likely to be somewhere on the island exploring, camping, stand-up paddleboarding, or starting a new craft project.

Highly recommend
“I had a suspected stress fracture in my foot and came in to get it assessed. Scott my physiotherapist was extremely throuough and very helpful. He took the time to ensure a definitive diagnosis within my first session and there was no pressure for a follow up visit. Definitely the best experience I have had at a physiotherapist. The front desk was also a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend this clinic.”
