Physiotherapist

Jessica completed her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. Prior to returning to school, she spent a few years working as a kinesiologist, and in complex care facilities. She recognizes how important a person’s mobility is to their everyday life and is passionate about creating a plan that best suits your lifestyle and goals.

Jessica’s treatment approach is a combination of manual therapy, customized exercises, and education. She has taken extra courses in soft tissue release, obtained her Level 1 certification through the orthopedic division, and is certified in the Mulligan concept for the lower extremity. She’s worked with people of all ages from 1 – 101 years old, and enjoys working with a variety of populations from recreational athletes to post- surgical, or neurological patients.

When not at work, Jessica enjoys staying active by running, hiking, and taking her dog on adventures around the island.
