Busy physiotherapy clinic needs a well-organized, reliable Office/ Patient Experience Manager to handle the day-to-day, weekly & monthly operations.  Responsible for overseeing intra-office communication protocols, promoting positive relationships with patients and staff and maintaining internal systems to support all activities of the clinic.  The Office Manager oversees the activities of the administrative staff and reports to the managing director.  This position requires an energetic professional with impeccable customer service skills.  We offer a competitive salary, paid holidays and benefits (after a probationary period).  If you are a team player and want to join a fun, innovative team in a brand-new office setting, please apply.  


  • Ensuring patients have a positive experience from point of first contact throughout their entire treatment plan
  • Improving client retention rates through active communication & problem solving
  • Filing, billing, ordering, accounts payable & receivable, reporting & scheduling
  • Maintaining positive team atmosphere through leadership & employee culture
  • On-boarding, training, supervising & evaluating administrative staff 
  • Adhering to all set office policies and procedures

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma: additional qualifications such as Office Assistant Diploma desired
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Office management or administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong organization and planning skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities
  • Skills desired but not mandatory:  Jane Client Booking Software, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Slack, Staff Scheduling Software (When I Work).

Details of Employment

  • $20-$22/ hour
  • Full Time
  • 2 weeks paid holidays to start
  • All Statutory holidays off
  • Benefits (after probationary period)
