Courtenay to Victoria with a few detours for physiotherapist Connor Willis

Connor did his undergrad here in Victoria, and his Master’s in Hamilton. And he grew up just a few hours North in Courtenay. We talked about rugby, the benefits of physiotherapy, and craft brewing.  How was Hamilton? Hamilton was great! People really say bad things about Hamilton, and the winters there, but I loved it.

Our last weekend at this location

We’re into the last weekend for our existing clinic location. On Monday morning we’re opening our doors at 1928 Oak Bay Ave – it’s just a few steps away. This is Jessica Cadangan! She’s a new member of our team and a registered physiotherapist. Thanks Jessica for helping us mark the twilight of this clinic!

We’re moving to 1928 Oak Bay Ave!

We have some news! We’re moving to a new location. It’s very close to where we’re currently located. We’re moving to 1928 Oak Bay Ave, right across the street from Red Barn Market. We’re so excited! It’s a beautiful new home for our growing team. Our doors will open in this new location on Monday

SwimRun Victoria

SwimRun Victoria is a single day multistage race taking place August 11th in the beautiful Thetis Lake Regional Park in Victoria, B.C., located at the southern end of the scenic west coast of Canada. There are two distances: the full course and the short course. The full course consists of 4 swims and 4 runs

The XTERRA Trail Run race course is an approximately 14K off road course consisting of 3 loops on dirt and gravel trails. There is a mixture of double track and narrow winding single track. There are some steep climbs and fast descents, and lots of rocky terrain. Each loop of the course does one loop

The Triathlon of Compassion is a fundraiser for the Victoria Women’s Sexual Assault Centre. The race is a fixture at the Esquimalt Rec Centre. In addition to the popular and scenic adult sprint race for racers 16 and up there is a full slate of Kids of Steel distances for youth aged 6-15. Race #3
