Many of our friends and clients know Kathi Ells but if you haven’t met her yet she’s the one organizing, running around, doing the heavy lifting and the behind the scenes wizardry that keeps our clinic performing and in alignment! Thank you Kathi for helping out and showing leadership.

We have lots going on right now, and this fall is a big season for us. Today is an Autumn rain day in Oak Bay and we’re loving this for our big Autumn plans!
