Mask up!

So awesome to see everyone coming in with their own masks! We have seen polkadots, tropical flowers, tennis racquets and everything in between. We have additional masks for patients who have left theirs at home and for our team but they’re admittedly not as cool as some we have seen! Thank you Sylvie Gordaneer for rocking this! Happy

Out of the office and onto the paddle board

There’s nothing quite like a paddle on a beautiful west coast day! Our staff have been LOVING this nicer weather and take every opportunity to get outside. Zoë, whose smiling face you usually see as soon as you arrive at the clinic, snapped this shot when she took her stand-up paddle board out for a spin last

Great to see families out moving, laughing, and enjoying this beautiful weather

So happy to see families out moving, laughing, and enjoying this beautiful weather safely and kindly! And great to see folks in the Gorge Waterway. Also awesome to run into Sarah Karagianis and pack. Here Sarah is being a gracious dock host, proving that the water isn’t too cold to relish, and demonstrating the underwater

Mental health #GetReal ⁣

Did you know we are right in the middle of CHMA Mental Health Week?⁣ It’s just the reminder that we needed to reconnect to ourselves and reconnect to others during a time that is keeping us isolated. Just because we are physically distanced, doesn’t mean we have to be emotionally, mentally, or relationally distanced. ⁣

Yoga, pilates, calisthenics, walking and running are great ways to keep moving with very minimal equipment

Our staff has been getting creative with their workouts but also going back to the basics. Things like yoga, pilates, calisthenics, walking and running are great ways to keep moving with very minimal equipment.

Rain day, rest day

While we love to get out in the sun and get moving, we are taking a much deserved rest day today. Recovery is just as equally (if not more) important than your training. It allows time for your body to repair those muscles and build your energy stores back up. It also reduces your risk

Cheers and support at Victoria Ironman

Great job running this race yesterday @sophiachadwick! There is always so much more going on for athletes in their lives and it fills us with joy to know we can cheer and yell and train with and support the athletes in Victoria and on the @humanpoweredracing team and in our lives. Great race everyone!
