As an avid dancer, climber, and runner herself, Kezia understand the unique demands that these activities place on the body and is well equipped with strategies for effective treatment and injury prevention. When Kezia isn’t at the clinic, she can be found running, stand up paddle boarding, and hanging with her sweet sheepadoodle, Wally.
