Significant relief, preventing a recurrence

“Josh did a very professional job diagnosing my pulled oblique muscle and showed me five exercises. The Physiapp is great for demonstrating them and checking off when complete. I had significant relief after 2 days and am now getting some strengthening exercises to help prevent a recurrence!” Herb Wagner
