Meet Jamie! ✨

After completing her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham, she has built her practice around meaningful, patient-centred care. Working out of our Westshore location, Jamie uses manual techniques, tailored exercise programs, and clear education to support her patients every step of the way.

Her goal is simple – helping you get back to what’s important to you.
