Mara Kendrick
Mara graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology with specialties in mental health and wellness, and lifespan development. In the future, she is excited to pursue a Master’s in child psychotherapy.
She grew up on Haida Gwaii, which fostered her love and appreciation for the forests and oceans that surround the West Coast. She finished high school in Toronto, but returned to the West Coast for university. Ultimately, this coast is her home.
You might see Mara out and about playing rec-league volleyball or exploring new places to eat (and recommending only the best!). She’s a huge fan of board games and loves animals, though she’s partial to her cat, Indie.
She is passionate about mental health and wellness, and is eager to support both our Oak Bay and Westshore communities.
