I had a pretty unique foot injury from hiking and called around, they had real good pricing out the gate versus others. Talked to Hailey who was very helpful and got me an quick appointment. First day at the centre, Hailey was at the desk making you feel welcomed and did her best to make you feel comfortable while waiting.

I got to work with Hatty who was phenomenal; knows her stuff in and out, thinks outside the box to better help you, gives you excellent workouts to help rehabilitate you injury. Explains why you’re doing assigned movements, what it’s affecting and how it helps. All that while being patient, professional and an incredibly nice person.
