Richelle Osborne, Oak Bay Administrative Team
Richelle is a Victoria-based artist creating three-dimensional works that blend structure, movement, and light. What began as a way to decorate her neighborhood bistro in 2013 evolved into a full-time artistic practice after she sold the restaurant in 2020. She now works with materials like copper, acrylic rod, hardwoods, and found elements—playing with geometry, texture, and shadow to create sculptural, graphic pieces that shift with the viewer’s perspective.
Richelle’s work has been exhibited in galleries across British Columbia, and she’s currently exploring commissioned pieces that respond to individual spaces. Each creation is part of an ongoing personal journey—one shaped by reinvention, collaboration, and the quiet power of light and form.
You can find Richelle greeting clients part-time behind the front desk of our Oak Bay location. And, to catch a glimpse of her art, pay a visit to our Westshore location (where she has 28 pieces curated throughout) or at Oak Bay. “One of the greatest highlights of my career so far!”

Arbutus is the place to go!
“I love Arbutus! As an avid runner, I’ve had multiple injuries treated by three different physiotherapists. They’re courteous, knowledgeable and have magic hands to fix any problem. Their front desk staff is also lovely, helpful and professional. If you need physiotherapy of any kind, this is the place to go! If you’re a runner, Joshua…
