Mask up!

So awesome to see everyone coming in with their own masks! We have seen polkadots, tropical flowers, tennis racquets and everything in between. We have additional masks for patients who have left theirs at home and for our team but they’re admittedly not as cool as some we have seen! Thank you Sylvie Gordaneer for rocking this! Happy

Do we love our Oak Bay neighbours or what?

Yes, we do enjoy drinking coffee at Discovery Coffee (our neighbour) and yes, we do enjoy Yonni’s Doughnuts, and yes, we do think the paintings at Discovery are always very cool. Cozy evenings like these help us forget how much we love summer in Oak Bay.

Happy Car Free Day!

Car Free Day means it’s also time to say Happy Father’s Day! It may not have been sunny but Olivia and Mae still had a good day: food, entertainment, mass amounts of the Victoria community out to celebrate alternatives to driving. Trying to walk more? Check out our series of walking tips!

Stunning masks and prints at the Legacy Gallery

This stunning wolf mask leaves me speechless. There’s a few days left to see the exhibit downtown at Legacy Art Gallery, “Emerging Through the Fog.” I can’t recommend it strongly enough. It’s so amazing! Prints by Art Thompson and amazing masks, that you can touch and put on, by Hjalmer Wenstob.
