Willow holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a diploma in health and wellness. She has been personal training for almost a decade, and is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Previously, she played volleyball competitively for over seven years. She loves going for runs and walks and is an advocate for self-love and self-care.
Willow is a big-time coffee lover, and when not working, enjoys reading romance and fantasy books with a cup of coffee or tea, and spending time with friends. She is a dog mom to Duke, a loving Husky.
