Zoë Stocker, BScKin, CSEP-CPT
Practicing Kinesiologist, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer

Zoë studied at the University of Victoria and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. 

During her practicums she worked with a wide variety of patients from high-level athletes to individuals with Parkinson’s. Zoë has a passion for patient education. She firmly believes that empowering her clients with knowledge is key to their success in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Zoë works out of both our Oak Bay and Westshore clinics

In her spare time, you can find Zoë at the gym, exploring the hiking trails across Vancouver Island, paddle boarding at Shawnigan Lake, at intramural soccer, and at spin class. 

Growing up, Zoe played competitive soccer for twelve years, and found herself constantly in physiotherapy offices and conditioning clinics where she fell in love with the world of rehabilitation and strength training. She is excited to introduce folks to the world of exercise and help them find movement that feels good for them.
