Morning Pilates class starting in October

Libby Meaks demonstrating some Pilates

Our Morning Pilates Class starts on Monday October 19th! Join Libby Meakin as she helps you start your day with an early morning class every Monday and Friday for six weeks. The membership for this class is limited to four people to ensure that every person gets enough support.

Libby will also be meeting to have an intake session with every person in the class on a one on one basis, prior to the start of class to make sure everyone has some basics and also to get a chance to meet everyone and see where they’re at.

Morning Pilates

Mondays and Fridays, 6:30am to 7:30am
First class, October 19th, Monday

  • Runs for six weeks
  • Has an emphasis on lower back pain (LBP)
  • Comes with an initial personal screening and teaching of the five key elements
  • Four person maximum
  • If the Pilates doesn’t wake you up there’s a coffee shop next door to help you into the rest of your day
