Race day at the Ironman Miami 70.3

I had a race on the weekend. It was the last of the season.

We had a great day despite the jellyfish on the swim, high winds on the bike and stifling heat on the run.

It was a big race with over 2500 athletes from around the world. I had a sixth place finish in my age out of 112 women. I raced well and had a personal best at a big international race, and I feel good.

Arbutus Physiotherapy & Health Centre is owned and operated by Sandy Wilson. Sandy is a registered member of the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia. Outside of Sandy’s practice she spends time with family and training for her next race.
