Stop that cold in its tracks! If you’re feeling the onset of cold or flu like symptoms, try this natural hot tea remedy. You may find it especially helpful for sinus or throat irritation.

Add these following ingredients to a big mug of hot water and let steep for five minutes:

  • 1 tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 to 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 of a lemon’s juice
  • 2 heaping spoons of pure honey
  • 1 pinch of Cayenne powder
