Triathlon of Compassion at Esquimalt Rec on June 23

Are you interested in doing a triathlon? Come out to the Tri of Compassion! 🙌

On Sunday, June 23rd, the Tri of Compassion will take place at the Esquimalt Recreation Center. This triathlon presents a perfect opportunity to try a sprint distance, which includes a scenic 500m swim, 20km bike ride, and a 5km run for adults. There are also various distances available for kids aged 6-15. This event also serves as a fundraiser for Victoria Sexual Assault Centre, providing a great chance to give back to the community.

The event is hosted by Human Powered Racing, and Arbutus Physiotherapy will be the health clinic sponsoring the event, offering a treatment table and complimentary assessments for all the athletes.

If you’re interested in participating, registration is still open. It’s a great way to try a Tri, stay active, and support a worthy cause.
