Graston Technique

Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. It is a technique that is successful in treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute, or post surgical. The Graston Technique offers many advantages to the patient such as:

  • Decreased overall time of treatment
  • Fosters faster rehabilitation/recovery
  • Reduces need for anti-inflammatory medications
  • Resolves chronic conditions

Active Release Technique

Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands on, soft tissue technique that successfully locates and breaks up scar tissue and fascial adhesions/restrictions. “ART is a patented advanced, movement-based massage system, that is extremely effective for accurately locating the cause of soft-tissue conditions and effectively resolving (or greatly improving) over-use and sprain/strain conditions.”

The majority of them, though, are still tightly closed white buds. More branches of the plum tree are out of focus in the background against a bright sky.

You will be in good hands!

“Sandy is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to properly assess each patient and treat the underlying issues. This type of care and attention to detail is so rarely found today. If you are lucky enough to get in to see Sandy, you will be in good hands!” Greg Burke

Patient with treatment

“Hatty took the time to ask the questions, and explain the pretreatment evaluation. She was patient with the treatment, explained how it would change my condition. Post treatment, we discussed the improvements in my condition, and discussed any concerns with how I was feeling. Finally, we discussed the plan for treatment, home exercises, recovery, and…
