Mackenzie Wensauer, Oak Bay Administrative Manager

Mackenzie grew up swimming competitively. Her training led to many necessary physiotherapy appointments, making her familiar with the clinic environment.

While her original area of study at the University of Victoria was Psychology, health was always her main focus of interest.

Outside of the clinic, Mackenzie works the occasional shift as a lifeguard team leader, supervising deck activities. She also volunteers at a medical clinic as a clinician’s assistant. In her spare time, she likes to go on walks and listen to music at the beach. She is grateful to have grown up locally in Victoria.

Highly recommend

“I had a suspected stress fracture in my foot and came in to get it assessed. Scott my physiotherapist was extremely throuough and very helpful. He took the time to ensure a definitive diagnosis within my first session and there was no pressure for a follow up visit. Definitely the best experience I have had…

Greeted with a smile

“All aspects of my first visit were fantastic. Apon arriving I was greeted with a smile and was provided with the necessary info from Melissa/reception. Josh was very thorough and comprehensive with understanding my situation. He listened and assessed my issue and provided a plan to move forward at correcting my pain. Thank you.” –…

The relief is immeasurable!

“After a year of at times agonizing pain and repeat misdiagnosis, I feel I finally hit a pot of gold being in Sandy’s highly skillful and very thorough care. The relief from finally knowing the cause of my pain and from receiving effective treatment at last is immeasurable!” Anja
