Rain day, rest day

While we love to get out in the sun and get moving, we are taking a much deserved rest day today. Recovery is just as equally (if not more) important than your training. It allows time for your body to repair those muscles and build your energy stores back up. It also reduces your risk

The man is on the left and he is applying red ktape to the right forearm of the woman who is sitting down on the right. We see them from the waist up. Both are smiling widely at the camera.

K-tape for Ashley

Dr. Mike Gotuaco, DC, CSCS, k-taping Ashley Fradette, MPT. I know, I know, we’ve posted another picture of Ashley getting treated, but she’s okay! Just some maintenance for her active lifestyle :)

Just a mini-stretch session going on between patients.

Being rad at the clinic this September

Just another day at the clinic, being rad. #partylikeaphysio

Team Gratitude

It’s bright and shiny in our clinic today, just like our bright and shiny team!

A brown medium sized dog with his nose close to the camera is on the left, and behind him with her arms around him is a woman to the right. She has strawberry blonde hair, which is blowing in the wind, and is smiling although her mount is partially concealed by the dog's left ear.
