While we love to get out in the sun and get moving, we are taking a much deserved rest day today. Recovery is just as equally (if not more) important than your training. It allows time for your body to repair those muscles and build your energy stores back up. It also reduces your risk of injury, improves performance and improves your sleep! Who isn’t constantly in search of a better night’s sleep?!
