Mackenzie Wensauer, Oak Bay Administrative Manager

Mackenzie grew up swimming competitively. Her training led to many necessary physiotherapy appointments, making her familiar with the clinic environment.

While her original area of study at the University of Victoria was Psychology, health was always her main focus of interest.

Outside of the clinic, Mackenzie works the occasional shift as a lifeguard team leader, supervising deck activities. She also volunteers at a medical clinic as a clinician’s assistant. In her spare time, she likes to go on walks and listen to music at the beach. She is grateful to have grown up locally in Victoria.

I had the best experience

“Had broken my elbow and wrist. I had the best experience. Josh had made a detailed program for me, and it was fantastic. It was progressive without overdoing anything. He listened when I said I had certain pains and changed up the exercises as needed to suit where I was at. Will 100% go back…

Treatment has been progressing nicely

“The treatment had been progressing nicely. Hatty has been releasing the tension in the muscles so that the the exercise routine she’s set up can do the work. I’m well on the way to getting back to better than normal.” Rick Wilson

Professional, kind and honest

“Friendly front desk staff and new office in the Westshore. Joshua, the physio, is professional, kind and honest. His caring nature has helped with my elderly mom’s road to recovery with her back and hip pain. Thank you for your expertise!” – Lillian Magee
