Mackenzie Wensauer, Oak Bay Administrative Manager

Mackenzie grew up swimming competitively. Her training led to many necessary physiotherapy appointments, making her familiar with the clinic environment.

While her original area of study at the University of Victoria was Psychology, health was always her main focus of interest.

Outside of the clinic, Mackenzie works the occasional shift as a lifeguard team leader, supervising deck activities. She also volunteers at a medical clinic as a clinician’s assistant. In her spare time, she likes to go on walks and listen to music at the beach. She is grateful to have grown up locally in Victoria.

Made me feel great about my recovery

“Jamie was excellent and made me feel great about my recovery. She explained everything so nice and gave me great exercises to do between sessions. Very professional and friendly. Side note: Hailey at front reception area was so nice and makes you feel so comfortable.” Curtis Price

All sorted out and pain-free

“I received treatment for an unusual ailment of my left foot. Josh, my therapist, was spot on with his diagnosis and treatment so within a relatively short period of time, things were sorted out and I am now pain-free. I will be back if needed for future ailments” Margaret Kavanagh

My life has seriously been changed!

“I wouldn’t be where I am today without Ashley. I was in such acute pain with sciatica all the way down to my foot. I had burning nerve pain and restricted movement for nearly a year – I couldn’t even walk my dogs for 15 minutes without limping home and needing to ice myself for…
