It’s a beautiful morning in Victoria! What’re you doing to get moving today? We wanna know!

We’re moving to 1928 Oak Bay Ave!

We have some news! We’re moving to a new location. It’s very close to where we’re currently located. We’re moving to 1928 Oak Bay Ave, right across the street from Red Barn Market. We’re so excited! It’s a beautiful new home for our growing team. Our doors will open in this new location on Monday

Diana, @dee_jang, leans on our clinic counter beside our autumn sunflowers, smiling widely

Thank you Diana for lighting up our clinic

Thank you Diana for lighting up our clinic on a dark rainy afternoon yesterday! We hope your Friday is going well, and you have the best weekend. We look forward to seeing you for your next “torture” treatment with Ash Fradette!

Kathi Ells, in Oak Bay, staying out of the rain.

Kathi Ells, Managing Director

Many of our friends and clients know Kathi Ells but if you haven’t met her yet she’s the one organizing, running around, doing the heavy lifting and the behind the scenes wizardry that keeps our clinic performing and in alignment! Thank you Kathi for helping out and showing leadership. We have lots going on right

Do we love our Oak Bay neighbours or what?

Yes, we do enjoy drinking coffee at Discovery Coffee (our neighbour) and yes, we do enjoy Yonni’s Doughnuts, and yes, we do think the paintings at Discovery are always very cool. Cozy evenings like these help us forget how much we love summer in Oak Bay.

Olivia put her hood up as the rain starts on Oak Bay Ave, beside Red Barn.

Parking map for Arbutus Physiotherapy

Parking in and around Amphion Street and Oak Bay Ave

People arrive at our health clinic in every way. They walk, they bike, they bus. They get dropped off. And many folks also drive. As a handy service to those who drive, our team has made a map with some hints about good parking spots. Green and yellow are good places to park with unlimited

Pumpkin pie cheesecake with whipped cream? Yes please!

Jess bringing some humour into the clinic, excited for treats and the weekend! Thank you awesome patients, and Origin Bakery for making such yummy gluten-free treats! 🎃🍂

A man and a woman in an office with light brown walls and and anatomical sculptures in the background, most obviously a spine. The man is on the left and he is applying red ktape to the right forearm of the woman who is sitting down on the right. We see them from the waist up. Both are smiling widely at the camera.

Fall smiles with Libby and Sarai

The fall weather may take away our sunshine on days like today, but that won’t keep us from smiling and enjoying all the warm cozy feelings indoors this season! Some Discovery coffee also helps us feel cozy. Thanks Libby and Sarai for this photo and all the smiles.

Three women in office attire standing shoulder to shoulder with their arms around each other in an office with grey walls and white trim around the ceiling. They are all smiling at the camera.

Connecting in the Calm

A rare sight in the clinic is three practitioners in the same room at once. Enjoying the calm the weekend brings!
