FTP test

FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power, which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for an hour, measured in watts. Through the use of your own bike on our direct drive trainer and using Trainer Road software we can determine what your individual zones are and how to effectively train with these numbers.

Fitness assessment

The willingness to train is imperative in order to reach your goals.

Knowing the most direct route to success and checking in to make sure that you are improving under your current training regime is essential.

Let our functional threshold power testing give you the knowledge to set proper training and racing zones on both the bike and run.

Within weeks she had me back to running!

“I have rolled my ankles quit a few times over the past 2 years leading to swollen ankles to the point it hurt to stand for long periods of time and decided to make an appointment with Physiotherapist, Sandy Wilson. After the first visit, I had full confidence in her and within weeks she had me back to running!”

Athletic background

“Because of Sandy’s own athletic background she brings both a deeper sense of what is going on and the sense of urgency that most people feel when they are injured. When you have something wrong you just want to get on with it. Sandy has an incredible feel for what is going on and how to fix it.”
