Our Pilates class is over
Our first block of six week Pilates classes is finished!
It was great to be teaching people again and see them progress, learning how to re-move. It reinforced for me how beneficial Pilates can be – building strength, stability and retraining movement patterns. And also beneficial for increasing body awareness where there may be little compensations from past or present injuries.
Definitely a perfect start to my day to get up and get moving while helping others to do the same. I looking forward to another class in the new year!
