Sitting is not as good as standing. And standing is not as good as moving. But what about the positioning of our bodies in general?
We’re not advocating for posture shaming, but maybe we should listen more when our aunties and family members tell us to sit up straight. Good posture helps our efficiency of movement, recovery, resilience to pain, emotional state, and yes, even our ability to cope on a planet with gravity.
