She has received pelvic floor training with Pelvic Health Concepts and Rost Pelvic Girdle Pain (2014). Having assisted women throughout pregnancies and the post-partum period Jacqueline is well versed in Pelvic Floor and core re-training including Diastasis Recti (gap in the abdominal muscles), as well as guiding return to activity.

Utilizing TCM Acupuncture can be particularly helpful for pain, sleep, nausea and stress relief. Her further studies in meditation and mindfulness round out her biopsychosocial approach, particularly in regards to stress and pain management. Having Level 1 evidence to support Pelvic Floor physiotherapy for incontinence, there is so much good that can be done in this area. She really enjoys working with this population and is excited to be part of your success journey to get you back to the you you recognize!
