Exercising outdoors reduces stress and boosts your mood. What’s more, could we live in a place more suitable for outdoor exercise? It’s summer and often sunny right now, but, yeah, we do live on the wet coast.

So awesome to see everyone coming in with their own masks! Clinic opening for in-person appointments on Tuesday, May 19th

We are pleased to announce we will be opening our clinic again for in-person appointments beginning Tuesday, May 19th. In order to keep you and our staff safe, here are some of the new policies we have implemented at Arbutus.

Video conference appointments

The Physiotherapy College of British Columbia has communicated today that there are no more in-person appointments for physiotherapy services. We’re still providing appointments by video conference and by phone. These virtual appointments can help you continue to recover from injury, help manage your pain, and provide you with the exercises and support you need.
